30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason. This applies to one-time tour unlocks, city passes, and subscription payments.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at vidaventuresbv@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. A pro-rated refund of the current period is available within the 30-day window.
